1. How much is the shipping cost to my country?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the official rates of our trusted carriers — FedEx, UPS, and Nova Global.
You will see the exact delivery cost during checkout after entering your country, city, and postal code.
2. Do I need to pay import taxes?
If your country is outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business day after payment. In most cases, we ship the same day.
During peak periods, processing may take an extra day or two, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
4. How do you ship orders?
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and Nova Global. Orders are shipped under DAP Incoterms for destinations outside Europe.
We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weekends, or other events outside our control.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on our website in the TRACK ORDER section or directly on the carrier’s website.
6. How is my artwork packaged?
All products are packed in 7mm thick double-corrugated cardboard boxes with internal protection for safe delivery. Larger pieces are shipped in a custom wooden crate.
7. What is your return policy?
We are confident you will love your Mon’Art piece.
However, returns are accepted only if:
- The product is still sealed and in its original perfect condition.
- The item is packaged exactly as it was received to avoid damage during return shipping.
- The return is made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Damaged items due to improper return packaging.
- Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Payoneer, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
10. Are the keys, cash, and gold in the artwork real?
No—every element is a high-grade replica, designed to look as close to the real thing as possible while fully complying with all ECB legal requirements for imitation currency. The keys won’t start a Ferrari, and the cash or gold won’t pay your bills, but they will spark something inside you every time you look at them. That’s the point: it’s not about spending—it’s about staying inspired.
