HOW IT’S MADE

Manufacturing Wooden Shadow Box Frames:

  • We select only premium-quality wood.
  • The pieces are cut precisely to the required dimensions.
  • Each component is carefully sanded for a smooth finish.
  • Grooves are milled for the glass front and the MDF backing.
  • The glass is fitted, and the frame is assembled using both adhesive and reinforcing corner blocks, ensuring exceptional durability—even against impact.
  • The assembled frame undergoes pre-paint sanding.
  • The surface is primed.
  • The frame is then painted and finished.

Additional Shadow Box details:

  • The frame’s depth is achieved by adding interior rails, creating space for displaying three-dimensional objects.
  • Hidden mounting options and custom holders are often integrated for secure display.

Filling and Assembling the Shadow Box Frame

  • After manufacturing our signature frames, we move on to the composition process.
  • Realistic, high-quality printed banknotes are carefully mounted onto the MDF backing.
  • Each element is positioned by hand with precise alignment to match the intended design.
  • Additional decorative details are added to emphasize the depth and uniqueness of the piece.
  • The completed composition is securely set inside the frame and protected with glass, ensuring it retains its appearance for years to come.
